Between remembering never-ending to do lists, managing ten different schedules, keeping track of meetings, and simply memorizing grocery lists, our minds are put on trial each day. Our memories must be in peak condition in order to simply keep up with our everyday lives. Though this may seem out of our hands, by eating the right foods, we can boost our memories and slow memory loss that comes with age.
That’s our jam! We had some fruits that were starting to pass their prime, and not much time. So we decided to turn it into something super delish that we can use for some time to come. This one is equal parts peach, home grown plum, and organic rainbow carrots. Yes, carrots. It works!
